Common use of INSPECTION; NOTICES Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION; NOTICES. Subject to applicable laws with respect to healthcare facilities and resident [[or patient]] privacy rights, the Secured Party, or its agents, may enter on the Project and any other Collateral Location at any time during normal business hours, and from time to time, for the purpose of inspecting the Project and/or the Collateral and making copies or abstracts of all of the Operator's records pertaining to the Collateral. The Operator will keep accurate and complete records of the Collateral. The Operator will give the Secured Party prompt notice of any new facts which, under the applicable provisions of law, would affect the priority of the security interest granted to the Secured Party herein and of any Event of Default.
