Common use of Inspection of Books Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Books. The Tenant or its authorized representative shall have a right to examine the books of the Landlord showing the Real Estate Taxes with respect to the building during regular business hours for the purpose of verifying the information set forth in any Comparative Statement relating to any Increase in Real Estate Taxes shown in such Comparative Statement; provided that a written request for such inspection is made by the Tenant within 120 days of the receipt of any such Comparative Statement.
