Common use of Inspection of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Certificates. For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the certificates for the Shares, if requested by any of the Underwriters, the Company agrees to make the certificates available for inspection by any Underwriter at the main office of any Underwriter at least two full business days prior to the proposed delivery date.
