Inspection of equipment and records. The Shipper may, at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice, inspect the records for the previous 12 Months pertaining to the calibration, inspection and maintenance of Measuring Equipment applied to Gas transported for the Shipper's account through any of the Receipt Points or Delivery Points.
