Common use of Inspection of Facility Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Facility. (a) The Buyer’s representatives shall, at all times upon two (2) Business Days’ prior notice, at any time after the Contract Date, have access to the Facility and every part thereof during regular business hours and the Supplier shall, and shall cause all personnel operating and managing the Facility, to furnish the Buyer with all reasonable assistance in inspecting the Facility for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with this Agreement; provided that such access and assistance shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to the reasonable safety and security requirements of the Supplier and all personnel operating and managing the Facility, as applicable, and shall not interfere with the operation of the Facility.‌ Draft
