Inspection of Material. Contractor shall inspect all Material used in the performance of the Work, whether or not furnished by AT&T, for defects or hazardous conditions which could cause property damage, personal injury, or otherwise affect the quality of the Work. Contractor shall report all defects or hazardous conditions to a AT&T representative as soon as the defect has been identified.
