Common use of Inspection of Project Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Project Plans and Specifications. The Agency shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and study the State’s plans and specifications for all project facilities and may make comments and recommendations thereon to the State. Such privilege shall also extend to any plans and specifications in connection with the use by the State, in conjunction with the project facilities, of facilities owned by an entity other than the State. The State shall not enter into any such agreement which would impair the State’s ability to perform fully its obligations under this contract.
