Inspection of Project Site. Construction Manager represents and warrants that it will inspect the Project Site and all surfaces, areas or structure(s) related to the Work, prior to performance of the Work, and immediately notify Owner in writing of any deficiencies that would adversely affect the Project. By commencing Work, Construction Manager accepts full responsibility of all surfaces, areas or structure(s) on which Work has begun, except to the extent that such deficiencies are concealed prior to the start of Work.
