Inspection of Properties, Books and Contracts. The Borrower will, and will cause its Significant Subsidiaries to, permit the Administrative Agent or any Bank or any of their designated representatives, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Borrower and its Significant Subsidiaries, to examine the books of account of the Borrower and its Significant Subsidiaries, or contracts (and to make copies thereof and extracts therefrom), and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and its Significant Subsidiaries with, and to be advised as to the same by, their officers, all at such times and intervals as may be reasonably requested.
