(a) Keep proper books of books, records and account accounts in which full, true complete and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all material Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and and, to the extent reasonable, make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants, in each case at any reasonable time, upon reasonable notice, and as often as may reasonably be desired.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) Bank to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired (subject to reasonable requests for confidential treatment), and to discuss the business, operations, properties and property, condition (financial and other condition or otherwise) or prospects of the Borrower Company and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower Company and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; activities and (b) subject only to applicable rules and regulations of the FCC, permit representatives of any the Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all material dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and upon reasonable prior notice to the chief financial officer of the Borrower permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time during regular business hours and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all material Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agentat such Lender's expense) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower Company and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower Company and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants; provided, however, that each Lender shall coordinate all such visits and inspections with the Administrative Agent.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business businesses and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (the Lender, during regular business hours and upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) notice, to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired desired, and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP GAAP-UK and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; activities and permit representatives of any the Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and and, at the Borrower's expense, make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its their respective independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and, subject to applicable governmental security and secrecy regulations and Section 10.14, permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) Agent to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired with prior notice to the Borrower (which can have a representative present if it so chooses), and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees Responsible Officers of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records record and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) Agent to visit and inspect any of its properties properties, and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at the Borrower's expense, at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired requested, and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon subject to reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agentconfidentiality requirements) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records upon reasonable notice and at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired desired, and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and and, provided the Borrower is given an opportunity to participate, with its independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all material dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; activities and (b) permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties the Borrower and examine and make abstracts from any of its the books and records of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at any reasonable time upon appropriate notice and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

(i) Keep proper books of records record and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and (ii) permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) each Bank to visit and inspect any of its properties Properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired desired; and (iii) permit representatives of each Bank to discuss the business, operations, properties assets, Properties, prospects and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Companies with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Companies and with its their independent certified public accountants.
