Inspection of Facilities In order to meet their respective obligations under this Agreement, any Party may view or inspect facilities owned by another Party. Provided that reasonable notice is given, a Party shall not unreasonably deny access to relevant facilities for viewing or inspection by the requesting Party.
Inspection of Plant The State Purchasing Agent or his/her designee may inspect, at any reasonable time, the part of the Contractor's, or any subcontractor's plant or place of business, which is related to the performance of this contract.
Inspection and Tests 3.8.1 The Procuring entity or its representative shall have the right to inspect and/or to test the goods to confirm their conformity to the Contract specifications. The Procuring entity shall notify the tenderer in writing in a timely manner, of the identity of any representatives retained for these purposes.
RECORD RETENTION AND INSPECTION/AUDIT SETTLEMENT The Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete financial records of its activities and operations relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Contractor shall also maintain accurate and complete employment and other records relating to its performance of this Contract. The Contractor agrees that the County, or its authorized representatives, shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe any pertinent transaction, activity, or record relating to this Contract. All such material, including, but not limited to, all financial records, bank statements, cancelled checks or other proof of payment, timecards, sign-in/sign-out sheets and other time and employment records, and proprietary data and information, shall be kept and maintained by the Contractor and shall be made available to the County during the term of this Contract and for a period of five (5) years thereafter unless the County’s written permission is given to dispose of any such material prior to such time. All such material shall be maintained by the Contractor at a location in Los Angeles County, provided that if any such material is located outside Los Angeles County, then, at the County’s option, the Contractor shall pay the County for travel, per diem, and other costs incurred by the County to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe such material at such other location.
INSPECTION AND REJECTION 8.1 Purchaser shall have the right to inspect and test Products at any time prior to shipment, and within a reasonable time after delivery to the Purchaser’s Destination. Products not inspected within a reasonable time after delivery shall be deemed accepted by Purchaser. The payment for Products shall in no way impair the right of Purchaser to reject nonconforming Products, or to avail itself of any other remedies to which it may be entitled.
Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.
Inspections and Tests 26.1 The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the SCC.
Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods (a) Buyer shall inspect the goods within five days of receipt (“Inspection Period”). Xxxxx will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless it notifies Seller in writing of any Nonconforming Goods during the Inspection Period and furnishes documentation reasonably required by Seller. “
Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.
