Inspection of Records of Voting Trust Certificates. Any owner of a Voting Trust Certificate shall have the right to inspect the books of record of the Voting Trust Certificates to be maintained by the Voting Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section at the place at which such records are kept at any reasonable time.
