Common use of Inspection of the Property Clause in Contracts

Inspection of the Property. Borrower shall permit Lender and any Governmental Authority, and their agents and representatives, to enter upon the Lots and any location where materials intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements are stored, at all reasonable times.
