Inspection of the Security. At any and all reasonable times upon seventy-two (72) hours' notice, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorneys, experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, may inspect the Security, without payment of charges or fees.

The Trustor covenants and agrees that at any and all reasonable times, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorney’s experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, shall have the right, without payment of charges or fees, to inspect all or any portion of the Security, including, but not limited to, the right to inspect and copy all reports and records pertaining thereto.

At any and all reasonable times upon forty-eight (48) hours' notice, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorneys, experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, shall have the right, without payment of charges or fees, to inspect the Security; provided, however, that any such inspection shall not unreasonably disturb any tenants or other occupants of the Development (as defined in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement).
Inspection of the Security. Trustor shall permit Beneficiary to enter and inspect the Security during normal business hours for compliance with these obligations upon at least 24 hours advance notice of such visit by Beneficiary to Trustor or Trustor's management agent.
