Inspection of the Security. At any and all reasonable times upon seventy-two (72) hours' notice, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorneys, experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, may inspect the Security, without payment of charges or fees.

Inspection of the Security. The Trustor covenants and agrees that at any and all reasonable times, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorney’s experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, shall have the right, without payment of charges or fees, to inspect all or any portion of the Security, including, but not limited to, the right to inspect and copy all reports and records pertaining thereto.
Inspection of the Security. At any and all reasonable times upon seventy- two (72) hours' prior written notice, and subject to the rights of tenants under individual tenant leases on the Property, the Beneficiary and its duly authorized agents, attorneys, experts, engineers, accountants and representatives, shall have the right, without payment of charges or fees, to inspect the Security.

  • – SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT Without prejudice to the Agency's right to terminate the Contract, the Agency may at any time and for any reason suspend execution of the tasks under the Contract or any part thereof. Suspension shall take effect on the day the Contractor receives notification by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or equivalent, or at a later date where the notification so provides. The Agency may at any time following suspension give notice to the Contractor to resume the work suspended. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim compensation on account of suspension of the Contract or of part thereof.
