Inspection Reports and Remedial Measures. The periodicity of inspections for maintenance activities by the Concessionaire shall be set out in the O&M Manual and regular reports on the same shall be sent to the Project Engineer. Where required,the Concessionaire shall carry out any maintenance, repair orrehabilitation works found necessary as a result of such inspections.
