Inspection Reports. (5) Other documents and exhibits or other presentations for specific projects determined by the AGENCY during the development of the Detailed Scope of Work for each TASK ASSIGNMENT issued under this AGREEMENT. All materials, including photographic negatives used and/or prepared in each TASK ASSIGNMENT issued, shall become and remain the property of the AGENCY and may be used by it without restriction. Such unrestricted use not occurring as a part of this On-Call Program shall be without liability or legal exposure to the CONSULTANT.
