Common use of Inspection Rights; Costs Borne by MSV Clause in Contracts

Inspection Rights; Costs Borne by MSV. MSV, MSV Canada and their designated consultants and agents shall be permitted to attend and witness the tests and reviews set forth in this Article 10. MSV shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by MSV, MSV Canada and their designated consultants and agents in the exercise of its inspection rights under this Article 10, including travel and living expenses.
