INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS. Representatives of the City shall have the right to examine and review all books, records, and billing documents which are directly related to performance or payment under this Contract. Engineer shall maintain such books, records, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for three years after the cessation of its other duties under this Contract. This right of audit extends to the records of Engineer's Consultants, and Engineer's agreements with its Consultants shall provide this right to the City.
