Inspections and Visits. 3.12.1 The Tenant promises the Landlord that the Tenant will permit the Landlord, a Superior Landlord if any, or the Landlord’s Agent or the Superior Landlord’s Agent, with or without xxxxxxx to visit, inspect, repair and maintain the Property during reasonable hours provided they have given reasonable formal notice at least 24 hours written notice in advance of the proposed visit. It is agreed that such notice is not to be necessary if there is an emergency at the Property.
