Inspections; Errors and Omissions Insurance. (a) At any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable notice, the Trustee, any Owner of a Class X-IO or Class R Certificate, or any agents thereof may inspect the Servicer’s servicing operations and discuss the servicing operations of the Servicer during the Servicer’s normal business hours with any of its officers or directors; provided, however, that the costs and expenses incurred by the Servicer or its agents or representatives in connection with any such examinations or discussions shall be paid by the Servicer. (b) The Servicer (including the Trustee if it shall become the Servicer hereunder) agrees to maintain errors and omissions coverage and a fidelity bond, each at least to the extent required by Section 305 of Part I of FNMA Guide or any successor provision thereof; provided, however, that in the event that the fidelity bond or the errors and omissions coverage is no longer in effect, the Servicer shall notify the Trustee and the Owners.
