Inspector Certification. The Inspector shall provide the District a copy of documents satisfactory to the District certifying that the Inspector holds proper state certification and approval by DSA to perform the required Services for this Agreement. The Inspector shall also provide any other documents or certification requested by the District.
Inspector Certification. For employees in the Inspection/Prevention service, a payment of $ .16 per hour for maintenance of the state inspector’s license shall be paid in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
Inspector Certification. Any employee who fails to obtain this certification within the six month time period will be transferred out of the CUPA Section.
