Installation and Upkeep of Sign(s). Attaching Party is responsible for the installation and upkeep of its sign(s) on each Pole. The signage will be placed so that it is clearly visible to workers who climb the Pole or ascend by mechanical means. The sign(s) will contain the information approved for such signs by the FCC or applicable state agency, or in the absence of such standards, the information commonly used in the industry for such sign(s).
