Common use of Installation and Use of Wireless Technologies Clause in Contracts

Installation and Use of Wireless Technologies. Tenant shall not utilize any wireless Electronic Services equipment (other than usual and customary cellular telephones), including antennae and satellite receiver dishes, within the Tenant's premises, within the Building or attached to the outside walls or roof of the Building, without Landlord's prior written consent. Such consent may be conditioned in such a manner so as to protect Landlord's financial interests and the interests of the Building, and the other tenants therein, in a manner similar to the arrangements described in the immediately preceding paragraphs.
