Common use of Installation and Use of Wireless Technologies Clause in Contracts

Installation and Use of Wireless Technologies. Tenant shall not utilize any wireless Electronic Services equipment (other than usual and customary cellular telephones), including antennae and satellite receiver dishes, within the Tenant’s premises, within the Building or attached to the outside walls or roof of the Building, without Landlord’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

Such consent may be conditioned in such a manner so as to protect Landlord's financial interests and the interests of the Building, not and the other Tenants therein, in a manner similar to be unreasonably withheldthe arrangements described in the immediately preceding paragraphs.

Such consent may be reasonably conditioned in such a manner so as to protect Landlord's financial interests and the interests of the Building, not and xxx xxxer tenants therein, in a manner similar to be unreasonably withheldthe arrangements described in the immediately preceding paragraphs.
