Common use of Installation Fees & Pre-Payment Clause in Contracts

Installation Fees & Pre-Payment. Customer may be required to remit a payment to Pilot for purposes including but not limited to: construction fees, installation fees, activation fees, and pre-order charges, solely to the extent such fees and/or charges are pre-approved by Customer in writing on a Service Order. Customer’s payment, and our receipt of such payment, does not obligate Pilot to provide any services to a particular location or address if Pilot determines that such location is not accessible due to issues with building access or installation issues.
