Installation Guidelines. You may not give copies of loaned software to anyone else. Qualifying students must obtain software via the ELMS system. – To install certain components of the Product, you may need an Academic Alliance Product Key (“Product Key”). The Product Key will be assigned solely to download authorized software. You may not disclose the Product Key information to anyone else. – E-Academy will maintain records of software downloaded from the server and will be provided to Microsoft upon request.
Installation Guidelines. ⚫ You must be registered in at least one for-credit course within the member department to be eligible to load program software on your personal computer. ⚫ Your department may either provide you with access to a download server or loan you a copy of the software on a temporary basis to install on your personal computer. ⚫ For certain products, you may be given a product key for installing the software. You may not disclose the product key to anyone else.
Installation Guidelines. 17.1 Nortel shall Install all Hardware and Software at the sites to be selected by Company in accordance with the time schedule set forth in the applicable Order. 17.2 Nortel shall Install the System so as to cause no unreasonable interference with or obstruction to lands and thoroughfares or rights of way on or near which the Installation or other Services may be performed. Nortel shall exercise every reasonable safeguard to avoid damage to existing facilities, and if repairs or new construction are required in order to replace facilities damaged by Nortel, such repairs or new construction shall be at Nortel's own expense. Nortel agrees to notify Company of any material interference that might occur with other communications Hardware, existing at the time of Installation, as a result of Nortel's Installation of the System. 17.3 Nortel shall use all reasonable efforts to perform Installation, activation of Software and any other Services ordered hereunder, with regard to a System, so as to cause no unreasonable interference with System performance, service to subscribers, billing, networking, administration or maintenance. Nortel shall (i) advise Company whenever such Installation, activation of Software or other Services will or are likely to cause such interference to a System, and (ii) use its best efforts to work with Company to prevent or minimize such interference. 17.4 Nortel shall provide Company with reasonable prior written notice of its need to have access to any portion of the System, which notice shall specify the requirements for access and the scope of the work to be performed at such site or location. Company agrees that it will promptly review such notice and shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such access; provided, however, that once a portion of a System is placed In-Service, such notice must be given at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the need for access to portions of the System which have been placed In-Service.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the equipment or parts in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified in the Price Sheets. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the equipment or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the equipment or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, charges for an unlisted or non-published number, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived.

  • Alterations Tenant shall not make any alterations to the Premises, including any changes to the existing landscaping, without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant may make non-structural alterations costing less than $50,000 per event without Landlord's consent. Regardless of whether Landlord's consent for alteration is required, Tenant must provide Landlord at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the commencement of any alteration with a complete description of each such alteration including any building permit drawing(s) and specifications. Landlord may post notices regarding non-responsibility in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Premises are located. All alterations made by Tenant, whether or not subject to the approval of Landlord, shall be performed by Tenant and its contractors in a first class workmanlike manner and permits and inspections shall be obtained from all required governmental entities. Any alterations made shall remain on and be surrendered with the Premises upon expiration or termination of this Lease, except that Landlord may, in connection with Tenant's request for Landlord's approval of any such alteration, elect to require Tenant to remove some or all of the alterations which Tenant may have made to the Premises ("REQUIRED REMOVABLES"). If Landlord so elects, Tenant shall at its own cost restore the Premises to the condition designated by Landlord in its election or pursuant to any prior approval, before the last day of the Term. Should Landlord consent in writing to Tenant's alteration of the Premises, Tenant shall contract with a contractor approved by Landlord for the construction of such alterations, shall secure all appropriate governmental approvals and permits, and shall complete such alterations with due diligence in compliance with plans and specifications approved by Landlord (if required). Tenant shall pay all costs for such construction and shall keep the Premises free and clear of all mechanics' liens which may result from construction by Tenant. Tenant's property shall include, without limitation, Tenant's furniture, furnishings, business machines and equipment, computer conduits, communications equipment and such other property as may be required in the conduct of Tenant's business. Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation (except at the expiration or prior termination of the Term), to remove the same at any time, to finance the purchase thereof, to grant security interests therein and to otherwise encumber same.

  • Applicable Guidelines The Sentencing Guidelines to be considered in this case are those in effect at the time of sentencing. The following statements regarding the calculation of the Sentencing Guidelines are based on the Guidelines Manual currently in effect, namely the November 2011 Guidelines Manual.
