Installation of Equipment and Instrumentation. Subject to payment under the Services Agreement (DP), during the Demonstration Phase and in accordance with the Development Plan, T&L shall install all equipment and instrumentation (including any Genomatica-supplied equipment or instrumentation) at the Facilities. The equipment and instrumentation, together with the Facilities, shall be accessible, upon reasonable prior notice, to Genomatica employees assigned to support the Joint Development Program.
