Installation of Equipment and Instrumentation. Chemtex shall coordinate the installation of all equipment and instrumentation (including any Genomatica-supplied equipment or instrumentation) at the Facilities. The equipment and instrumentation, together with the Facilities, shall be accessible, upon reasonable prior notice, to Genomatica employees assigned to support the Joint Development Program.
