Common use of Installation of the Dish Clause in Contracts

Installation of the Dish. (i) The size, location, design and manner of installation of the Dish and all related wiring shall be reasonably designated and approved by Landlord. Landlord, in its reasonable discretion, may require Tenant to install screening around the Dish. After obtaining Landlord's written approval (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), Tenant shall have reasonable access to the roof for installation and maintenance of the Dish and shall have the right to install all reasonable wiring related thereto. Unless otherwise approved by Landlord in writing, however, in no event shall Tenant be permitted to penetrate the roof membrane in connection with the installation or maintenance of the Dish. Tenant shall be responsible for repairing any damages caused by the installation or maintenance of the Dish.
