Installation, Operation and Ownership of the Facility. a) Railways will also authorize the SPD to use the Relevant Premises and the Site only for the purposes of installation, operation and maintenance of the solar power generation facility installation. The SPD undertakes not to use the Site for any purpose other than as aforesaid.
