Installation Regulations. The Contractor, his employees, and subcontractors shall become familiar with and obey the regulations of the installation including fire, traffic, safety and security regulations while on the military installation. Those driving motor vehicles shall observe and obey all speed limits posted throughout the installation. Personnel should not enter restricted areas unless required to do so and only upon prior approval. All contractor employees and subcontractors shall carry proper personal identification with them at all times.
