Strands shall be terminated with type of connectors in the work order. The choice of loose or tight tube buffered cable and the type of jacket shall be based on the environment in which the cable is to be installed. 4.6.6. Single-mode Fiber Optic cable shall be used where distances and bandwidth requirements dictate. This is normally any distance beyond 500 meters or any connection between buildings with different power sources. 4.6.7. A minimum of six strand single-mode fiber-optic cables terminated in locked metal distribution boxes shall be used in all installations. Strands shall be terminated with the connectors specified in the work order. The choice of loose or tight tube buffered cable and the type of jacket shall be based on the environment in which the cable is to be installed. 4.6.8. All cable, UTP or fiber-optic cable shall meet building codes for Plenum environment, riser, or horizontal use. 4.6.9. All cable shall be installed, fastened and/or wrapped with the minimum bend radius and minimum jacket removal for CAT5E cabling as well as appear neat and orderly. Installation requirements. All work provided to customers under the Program by the Trade Ally must be in full compliance with the requirements of applicable laws, rules, licensing, and regulations of authorities having governmental and regulatory jurisdiction. Additionally, such work must be completed within 120 days of the commitment execution date on the agreement between the Program customer and the Trade Ally. In the removal of old equipment, the Trade Ally confirms that, as a requirement of the Program, Trade Ally will remove and dispose of, or confirm that the customer has done so, any and all equipment or materials that are replaced or removed in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If these requirements are not met, then ACE may cancel, withdraw, and revoke Trade Ally membership.

Installation requirements. As applicable, as between the Company and Applicant, Applicant assumes sole responsibility for all installations related to Applicant’s participation in the Program. Applicant acknowledges that all work must comply fully with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Without limitation, Applicant shall perform any necessary interconnections in accordance with the requirements and terms and conditions set forth in the New York State Standardized Interconnection Requirements in order to deliver the Project safely and reliably. Subject also to such requirements of and full liability associated with any failures in connection with a “Permission to Operate” and associated interconnection, Applicant shall be responsible under this Agreement for all delays, costs and expenses associated with such interconnection.
