Installation Support. Where applicable, the Supplier must provide all the advice, assistance and information reasonably required to enable installation and configuration of Deliverables by a Customer or a third party nominated by the Customer.

Installation Support. Licensor shall provide Licensee with the instructions necessary for the successful installation of the Software.
Installation Support. At no additional charge, PeopleSoft shall provide Licensee with installation support for one copy of the Software in accordance with PeopleSoft's then-current standard installation procedures, up to the number of installation hours set forth in the Schedule. Installation Support. The Partnership agrees that it will provide -------------------- installation support to ECIS with respect to the Software described on Exhibit A attached. The Partnership will provide one person on-site, at a location determined by ECIS, for up to five (5) consecutive business days for the purpose of installing the Software and training ECIS regarding the use of the Software. Five additional days of support will be available to ECIS, for thirty (30) days following initial installation, ECIS will pay $500 per day per support person plus travel and accommodations with a one-half day one person minimum.
Installation Support. If requested by Tellabs, during the first customer installation of each type of BLC Product sold by Tellabs, Occam shall provide one person on-site to support and train Tellabs, at the applicable rate set forth in Exhibit E, for a period not greater than five (5) business days.
