(a) The Licensee shall respond to all requests for aerial installation(s) within seven (7) days of such request, or at such other time as is mutually agreed-upon by the Licensee and said Subscriber. Underground installation shall be completed as expeditiously as practicable. If arranging appointments for installation, the Licensee shall specify in advance whether such will occur in the morning or afternoon, or a narrow interval, if possible, and the Licensee shall make reasonable efforts to install at times convenient to Subscribers (including times other than (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays).

Non-standard aerial and underground installation shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, weather permitting.

(a) Pursuant to applicable law, the Licensee shall provide Cable Service(s), for new aerial installations, to Lexington residents who request Service within seven (7) days of said request, or at such time as is mutually agreed-upon by the Licensee and said Subscriber. Underground installations shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, weather permitting. In arranging appointments for installation visits or service calls, the Licensee shall specify in advance whether said installation visit or service call will occur in the morning or afternoon, or during a more narrow time interval if possible. The Licensee shall also make reasonable efforts to install or make service visits at times convenient to Subscribers, including times other than 9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays.
---INSTALLATION VISITS-SERVICE CALLS-RESPONSE TIME. (a) The Franchisee shall provide Cable Service(s), for new standard installations (not to exceed 150 aerial feet from the existing distribution system), to residents who request Service within seven (7) calendar days of said request.
---INSTALLATION VISITS-SERVICE CALLS-RESPONSE TIME. (a) The Licensee shall provide Cable Service(s) to Westford residents who request Service not requiring line-extension activity, within seven (7) days of said request, subject to required approvals, if needed.
---INSTALLATION VISITS-SERVICE CALLS-RESPONSE TIME. (a) The Licensee shall provide Cable Service(s), for new installations, to Lexington residents who request Service within five (5) days of said request.

Underground installations shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, weather permitting If arranging appointments for installation, the Licensee shall specify in advance whether such will occur in the morning or afternoon, or a more narrow interval, if possible, and the Licensee shall make reasonable efforts to install at times convenient to Subscribers (including times other than 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays).

In the event that the Licensee misses a scheduled service visit, the Licensee shall provide the Subscriber or customer with a priority service call.
