Lump Sum Payment Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, in lump sum, an amount equal to 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation incurred under this Agreement, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. Method B - Monthly Payments. Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, a specified amount each month for an estimated period of months, or until 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation under the provisions of the Agreement has been paid, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs.
Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:

Retirement Payment Employees with 25 or more total years of service in the program, who give two months’ notice of intent to retire, shall be provided the equivalent of 16% of annual salary, or $16,000, whichever is greater, at date of termination. The payment shall not exceed $20,000.
Grant Payments All grant payments are requested by submitting a Grant Payment Request. Payment Requests and supporting documentation must be submitted on the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The total grant award shall not exceed $[award], which shall be paid by the Division in consideration for the Grantee’s minimum performance as set forth by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.
Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.
