Instalments. The Supplier may at its sole discretion deliver Orders by instalments, which shall be invoiced and paid for separately. No cancellation or termination of any instalment by the Supplier or any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment will entitle the Customer to terminate or cancel any other Order or instalment.
