Common use of Institute Dispute Clause in Contracts

Institute Dispute. Any dispute between the Institute and the Company may be the subject of a grievance in accordance with the provisions of Articles 23 and 24. In addition to acting on its own behalf, the Institute may initiate this process because of the inability or refusal of an employee to submit a grievance or because the matter affects a group of employees.
