Institution Data Sample Clauses
Institution Data. Institution, and/or its suppliers and affiliates, retains all right, title and interest (including, without limitation, all proprietary rights) to Institution Data, except for rights granted to OCLC and its affiliates under this Agreement. Institution is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of Institution Data. Institution is responsible for obtaining all permission and other rights necessary to provide Institution Data to OCLC. Institution will not provide OCLC with Institution Data that Institution does not have the right to provide for use in connection with the Products or Services.
Institution Data. Institution grants OCLC a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right to use the Internal Data to the extent necessary for the provision of the Products and Services. Institution grants OCLC, OCLC participants, non-participant users, and OCLC designees a global, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable right to host, reproduce, transmit, store, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Shared Data. Institution Data shall be supplied to OCLC in a format compatible for use with the Products and Services.
Institution Data. The Institution shall provide the Institution Data to Jisc in order for Jisc to Process the Institution Data in connection with the performance of the Learning Analytics Services.
Institution Data. As between FHLBank Atlanta and Institution, Institution owns all rights to the data provided solely by Institution for use in connection with the Services, except that Institution hereby grants to FHLBank Atlanta a license to use such data in connection with FHLBank Atlanta’s business activities or as otherwise permitted by law, subject to Section 12. Subject to Section 12, FHLBank Atlanta may retain and use copies of such Institution data after termination of the Agreement for use in connection with the continued administration, management and processing of Institution’s accounts and in connection with any other business activities of FHLBank Atlanta or as otherwise permitted by law. Institution warrants and represents that it has the authority to provide such data to FHLBank Atlanta, and that FHLBank Atlanta’s use of such data will not violate any applicable law or regulation or any third party right. Institution is solely responsible for any errors and inaccuracies in such data, and for reviewing and determining the validity and accuracy of all data and information it receives through the Services. Institution will not, either indirectly or directly, interfere with, corrupt, damage or disrupt, or allow the interference, corruption, damage or disruption of, the Services, the website, or computer networks or software of FHLBank Atlanta or its customers and users.
Institution Data the data inputted by the Institution, Authorised Users, or Jamworks on the Institution's behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the Institution's use of the Services. Documentation: the document titled Jamworks Description of Services made available to the Institution by Jamworks and, from time to time, additional documents sent from Jamworks to Effective Date: the date of this agreement. Heightened Cybersecurity Requirements: any laws, regulations, codes, guidance (from regulatory and advisory bodies, whether mandatory or not), international and national standards, industry schemes and sanctions, which are applicable to either the Institution or an Authorised User (but not Jamworks) relating to security of network and information systems and security breach and incident reporting requirements, which may include the cybersecurity Directive ((EU) 2016/1148), Commission Implementing Regulation ((EU) 2018/151), the Network and Information systems Regulations 2018 (SI 506/2018), all as amended or updated from time to time. Initial Subscription Term: the initial term of this agreement as set out in the order form. Normal Business Hours: 8.00 am to 10.00 pm local UK time, each Business Day.
Institution Data. As between Anthology and Institution, all Institution Data, whether posted by Institution or by third parties, remains the sole property of Institution. To the extent that Institution grants Anthology access to Institution Data, Institution shall restrict Anthology’s access to such Institution Data except as necessary for Anthology to perform the Programs. Furthermore; Anthology may adapt, modify, add to, translate, manipulate, restructure, and reformat the Institution Data as necessary to create, modify, and maintain the course of using the Program(s). Institution Data shall be considered Confidential Information, subje ct to the terms of this Agreement. Anthology may access Institution’s User accounts, including without limitation Institution Data, to respond to Program(s) or technical problems. At all times during and after the License Term, all data generated by Institu tion shall remain the exclusive property of Institution. If Institution should choose to utilize data sets to participate in any group or “benchmarking” projects, ownership of the resulting data sets will be governed by the written agreements associated with that project.
Institution Data. 5.1 The Institution shall provide the Institution Data to Jisc in order for Jisc to Process the Institution Data in connection with the performance of the Learning Analytics Services.
5.2 Where the Institution transfers the Institution Data to Jisc, it shall do so in the format as set out on the Jisc Site, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties. The Institution Data may be transferred to Jisc by the Institution in more than one tranche, and the terms of this Agreement shall apply on each and every occasion that Institution Data is transferred.
5.3 If requested to do so in writing by the Institution, ▇▇▇▇ will acknowledge receipt of any Institution Data transferred to it by the Institution under this Agreement.
5.4 Jisc will not share aggregated data outputs or anonymised data sets with any other institutions for the purposes of benchmarking unless the Institution explicitly opts into a benchmarking group or similar data sharing group by written agreement.

Institution Data. 5.1 BankMobile. BankMobile agrees to store and use the Institution Data in compliance with all Government Rules and in accordance with industry standards. BankMobile shall share the Institution Data with third parties solely as necessary to provide the Services hereunder or as may be required to be disclosed under Government Rules or to comply with legal processes. All personal User information will be handled per BankMobile’s privacy policy (as may be revised from time to time) and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Amendment) and the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, as applicable.
Institution Data. As between Campus Labs and Institution, all Institution Data, whether posted by Institution or by third parties, remains the sole property of Institution. To the extent that Institution grants Campus Labs access to Institution Da ta, Institution shall restrict Campus Labs’ access to such Institution Data except as necessary for Campus Labs to perform the Programs. Furthermore; Campus Labs may adapt, modify, add to, translate, manipulate, restructure, and reformat the Institution Data as necessary to create, modify, and maintain the course of using the Program(s). Institution Data shall be considered Confidential Information, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Campus Labs may access Institution’s User accounts, including without limitation Institution Data, to respond to Program(s) or technical problems.
