Institutional and Other Arrangements. A. Anti-Corruption Without limitation to the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, the Recipient shall ensure that the Parts 2(b) and 3 of the Project are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines. In this regard, the Recipient shall ensure that all subsidiary agreements derived from this Agreement, include the obligation to comply with the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
