Instructional Aide. Except for the current employee, Instructional Aides shall be paid on an hourly basis as needed. The minimum workday shall be four (4) hours, when required to report to work.

All classroom instructional aides shall be under the direct supervision of the employee to whom they are assigned. An employee shall be responsible for preparation and instruction when an aide is performing assigned instructional tasks.
