Seniority List Sample Clauses
Seniority List. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.
Seniority List. The Employer will prepare and post a seniority list. The list will be updated annually and will contain each employee’s name, job classification and seniority date. Employees will have fourteen (14) calendar days in which to appeal their seniority date to Human Resource Services, after which time the date will be presumed correct. A copy of the seniority list will be provided to the Union at the time of posting.

Seniority List. (a) The Employer will prepare once every six (6) months an up-to-date seniority list containing the following information pertaining to its regular employees:
(1) employee's name;
(2) employee's seniority;
(3) employee's current classification.
(b) The regular seniority list shall be posted by the Employer for thirty (30) days. Any objection to the accuracy of the information contained therein must be submitted in writing to the Employer during the said posting period. Thereafter, the posted list will be deemed to be valid and correct for all purposes.
(c) The Employer will provide the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chairperson with a copy of the seniority list upon request.
Seniority List. A seniority list will be maintained for each department. The Hospital shall post such list and provide the Union with a copy, indicating bargaining unit seniority, twice per year.
Seniority List.
(a) A current service seniority list for employees as of December 31st will be provided by the Employer to the Union on or before March 31st of the following year.
(b) A current seniority list for both regular and casual employees classified as Community Health Workers shall be provided by the Employer to the union designate on a monthly basis. The list shall indicate the following:
(1) employee's name;
(2) employment status (i.e., regular or casual);
(3) classification;
(4) seniority.
Seniority List. The seniority list on the date of this Agreement shall show the names and classifications of all employees in the bargaining unit. The Employer will keep the seniority list up-to-date from time to time and will furnish to the Union an up-to-date list at least every six (6) months.
Seniority List. A master casual employee seniority list shall be revised and updated every three (3) months as of the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 in each year (the “adjustment” dates). The seniority of each employee shall be entered in the registry in descending order of the most hours worked to the least. Casual employees while on probation will be added to the registry or registries in the order that they are hired.
