Instructional Support Time. Such time may be purchased for a fixed number of hours per week as scheduled at the beginning of each semester. The charge to the Association will be the actual cost to the District of employing a substitute for the reassigned hours. No individual faculty member may be reassigned for more than 14 hours per week under the provisions of this section.
