Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one) ☐ - NO ADDITIONAL SUPPORT. Neither Spouse is obligated to pay Additional Support other than the Child Support in this Agreement. ☐ - DEFERRED additional support to the local court or Child Support Services Department in the State of (“Additional Support”).
Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
Instructional Framework The District and the Association have agreed to the adopted research-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and approved by OSPI. The Association and District have also agreed to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx’x frameworks for specialists for use with other certificated educators.
Instructional Day 6 The hours of employment defined in Sections A.1., A.2., and A.3. above shall include 7 at least the required number of instructional minutes to qualify for incentive funding 8 provided in Education Code, Section 46201. The designation of instructional time 9 shall conform to the law. Subject to the foregoing, the minimum number of 10 instructional minutes shall be: 12 Kindergarten 36,000 13 Grades 1, 2, and 3 50,400 14 Grades 4 and 5 54,000 15 Grades 6, 7, and 8 64,800 16 Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 64,800 17 except that:
CLAIMS SUPPORT 8.1.0 The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.
Instructional Time 26.1 Each full-time elementary teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 23 hours 45 minutes of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided for in Article D.4 except for teachers who enrol only Kindergarten whose regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 24 hours of instruction time inclusive of preparation time.
Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.
