Instructions to RLDC and SLDC. 18.4.1 The Supplier shall, prior to the Appointed Date, furnish a certified true copy of this Agreement to the RLDC and SLDC and obtain a receipt thereof. By furnishing such copy hereunder, the Supplier shall be deemed to have given irrevocable instructions and authority to the RLDC and SLDC to follow the instructions of the Aggregator in accordance with the provisions of this Article
