Common use of Instruments and Regulatory Filings Clause in Contracts

Instruments and Regulatory Filings. The Adviser hereby agrees to provide to the Subadviser any amendments, supplements or other changes to the Governing Instruments and Regulatory Filings as soon as practicable after such materials become available and, upon receipt by the Subadviser, the Subadviser will act in accordance with such amended, supplemented or otherwise changed Governing Instruments and Regulatory Filings.
