Instruments to be Delivered. (i) Each of the Borrowers shall have executed and delivered this Agreement to the Purchasers and (ii) Green Forest Foods LLC shall have executed and delivered a Subsidiary Guaranty to the Purchasers and the Borrowers shall have otherwise complied with Paragraph 5L of the Note Agreement.
Instruments to be Delivered. There shall be delivered to PETROHAWK at the Closing (i) the instruments provided in Section XI.B.1(b), and (ii) the opinion of counsel of the Target Entities, in the form attached as Appendix VI hereto.

Instruments to be Delivered. There shall be delivered to PURCHASER at the Closing the instruments provided in Section X.B., including the opinion of SELLERS’ counsel that the representations and warranties made by SELLERS in Section II.A.1. are true and correct as of such time.
