Insufficient Funds for Payments. If IMSC does not receive sufficient cash from the Custodian to make total dividend and/or distribution payments to all Shareholders of the Fund as of the record date, IMSC will, upon notifying the Fund, withhold payment to all Shareholders of record as of the record date until such sufficient cash is provided to IMSC.
