Insufficient Funds for Payments. If the Transfer Agent or its agent does not receive sufficient cash from the Custodian to make total dividend and/or distribution payments to all shareholders of the Company as of the record date, the Transfer Agent or its agent will, upon notifying the Company, withhold payment to all Shareholders of record as of the record date until sufficient cash is provided to the Transfer Agent or its agent.
