Insufficient Hours In Time Bank. IAFF L-1401 is responsible for ensuring that IAFF X-0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx does not exceed the Time Bank. In the event the hours of IAFF L-14-1 Business Leave exceed the balance in the Time Bank, no additional IAFF L-1401 Business Leave will be allowed until one pay period following the pay period in which the IAFF L-1401 Bank returns to a positive balance.
