Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.
Interactive Data The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included as an exhibit to the Registration Statement or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto.
Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).
Integration; Modification This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Company and the Executive regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written, between them with respect to its subject matter. This Agreement may not be modified except by a written agreement signed by the Executive and a duly authorized officer of the Company.
HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data. The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.
Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

Product Changes IDSI reserves the right to make design and other modifications in the Equipment at any time but shall not be obligated to implement such modifications in Equipment that has previously been delivered.
