Floor Loading. Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
Floor Loading. Tenant shall not place or permit to be placed on any floor a load exceeding eighty (80) pounds per square foot or such lower floor load as such floor was designed to carry.
Floor Loading. Under no circumstances shall the weight of any equipment or exhibit material exceed the specified floor load limit of the exhibit hall. Exhibitor accepts full and sole responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons resulting from failure, knowingly or otherwise, to distribute the exhibit material and products in conformity with the maximum floor load specifications.
Floor Loading. The floor loading within the Footprint shall not exceed those specified in the operational manual and comply with NZS 1170.
Floor Loading. No Owner shall place on any part of the floors of the Development or in any lifts any article, machinery, goods or merchandise which may cause the maximum floor or lift loading-bearing capacity thereof (as specified on such floor or lift) to be exceeded and in the event of breach of this covenant the Owner in default shall make good any damage caused thereby to that part of the Development or any fixtures and fittings therein.

Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises, the Building or other portion of the Property exceeding the floor load per square foot area which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all equipment and fixtures, including computers and safes, which shall be placed so as to distribute weight and which shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient in Landlord’s judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance.

Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
Floor Loading. Tenant shall not bring upon the Leased Premises or any part thereof any machinery, equipment, article or thing that by reason of its weight or size might damage the Leased Premises and will not at any time overload the floors of the Leased Premises and if any damage is caused to the Leased Premises by any machinery, equipment, article or thing or by overloading or by any act, neglect or misuse on the part of Tenant or any of its invitees, agents or employees or any person having business with Tenant, Tenant will forthwith pay to Landlord any damages incurred by the latter.

Lessee shall not bring upon the Leased Premises or any part thereof any machinery, equipment, article or thing that by reason of its weight or size might damage the Leased Premises and will not at any time overload the floors of the Leased Premises and if any damage is caused to the Leased Premises by any machinery, equipment, article or thing or by overloading or by any act, neglect or misuse on the part of Lessee or any of its invitees, agents or employees or any person having business with Lessee, Lessee will forthwith pay to Lessor the cost of making good the same.
Floor Loading. The placement of any equipment which will impose an evenly distributed floor load in excess of 50 pounds per square foot live load shall be done only after written permission is received from the Landlord which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Such permission will be granted only after adequate proof is furnished by a professional engineer that such floor loading will not endanger the structure.
