Insurability. Many different issues can affect the insurability and the rates of insurance for property. These include factors such as changes in the Flood Zone Certifications, changes to the earthquake zones maps, the insurability of the buyer, and previous claims made on the Property. It is the right and responsibility of Buyer to determine the insurability, coverage and the cost of insuring the Property.
